Ahhh, my friends… Hondo is a businessman. A smuggler. A trader. A scoundrel — and, according to the Republic, a criminal! 😂 But Hondo has been watching the Star Wars Roblox community for a long time. And Hondo sees something that he does not like. People selling things that were allegedly asseted. People taking work originally created by someone else and then presenting it as their own. People selling assets while acting as though they created them themselves. And then there is the double standard. That is what really bothers Hondo. Some people complain loudly when something is asseted or sold because they are personally affected by it. But when the exact same kind of thing benefits them? Suddenly… Silence. 👀 Hondo asks: “My friend… if it is wrong when someone else does it, why is it suddenly acceptable when you benefit from it?” Hondo remembers an old story from the Outer Rim. Many years ago, Hondo visited a merchant who had a magnificent treasure chest. The merchant proudly announced: “This treasure belongs to me!” Hondo looked at the chest. Then Hondo looked at the markings on it. Then Hondo asked: “And who created it?” The merchant pointed at himself. “Me!” Hondo smiled. “Ohhh, my friend… are you sure?” Hondo checked the markings again. The markings clearly pointed to another craftsman. Hondo looked back at the merchant and said: “You may be carrying the treasure, my friend… but that does not mean you created it.” 😂🏴☠️ And that is exactly the point Hondo wants to make. If an asset can be traced through its Roblox ID to the person who originally created it, then simply possessing it does not magically make you the creator. You cannot just say: “It belongs to me.” …when the original creator was someone else. If you have permission or the appropriate rights, then explain that. But do not simply rewrite history and pretend you created something that somebody else made. Hondo notices these things. 👀🏴☠️ And there is another thing Hondo has heard about. Apparently, there is a Discord server where people can find some interesting material, and supposedly there is more stuff there as well. What exactly is there? Hondo does not know. Hondo is not claiming that the server contains any particular files or assets. Hondo is simply saying that the server exists, and people can decide for themselves what is publicly available there. https://discord.gg/xQdEN2EhZ But remember, my friends: Hondo is not telling anyone to steal anything, redistribute anything, or violate anyone's rights. Hondo is simply asking questions. Because Hondo believes the community should be about more than money and assets. Not: “I only care when it affects me.” Not: “It is wrong when you do it, but acceptable when I do it.” And certainly not: “I created it because I am the one selling it.” Hondo wants consistency. If something is wrong, it should be wrong regardless of who benefits. If something belongs to another creator, that creator deserves to be recognized. And if someone claims they have permission? Then they can explain it. Simple. Hondo is a businessman, not a lawyer. Hondo is a pirate, not a judge.
