This file is really rare and pretty good. It has a high-quality SCP map, with strong details, and has functional systems. Everything in-game works perfectly fine, there are plenty of ACS guns. Most are custom-made (or all of them, actually). This game is fully scripted, and includes:

Personal review: 9/10, I've never seen this file so far, but I somehow managed to get my hands on the free version which was traded. I didn't plan to post this publicly for a long time, but here we are. If it already has been asseted in here, then again—my bad. Everything in this are pretty good, has a realistic map. Mildly good ragdoll systems, and yeah.
License Type:
Full/Standard—This means that distribution of this file will likely NOT cause any legal issues, etc. But I still recommend proceeding with caution. You can publish it and stuff, but don't expect not to see many other people using the same map and assets, I suggest that you use some of its assets as an inspiration to your custom game, if you're planning to make a new project.
