NFG Uniform Locker (I think) 1.0.0

This is an working version of https://darkblox.net/file/10995-nfg-r6r15-locker-system/ credits to ChickenStrip for this locker system its actually simple if you want to add a uniform just remember this is R6 version (It only works in R6) if you want to add other uniforms rename Torso to UpperTorso so that the script realises it as a R15 (code is in R15 thats why) and thats it! Also this uniform system has all ranks of Heer
