Emergency Kiel 1.0.0

This is a very good basis for your project, many functions do not work, there are bugs, shortcomings, bad mapping and unobserved proportions. Sometimes scripts just do not work.

But despite this I really liked it, because if it were brought to a better form then it would be ideal, it would not be suitable for the opening, why I think is clear, but for the basis of an RP project similar to Emergency Hamburg it is ideal.
