the dread models are .rbxm meaning you can open the file on studio without no problems while the releasing.zip file is local meaning you will have to upload it yourself but you won't get banned when you upload it to your roblox basically when you import and select a file make sure to uncheck the upload to roblox check this will use the file locally on your machine and not upload anything to roblox servers so you will be safe from any bans.
