Blackout revival slight fixes

Back with another asset, this time it is blackout modded, its not the old blackout, decomped blackout, or the asseted ones where barely anything works, this has MORE!

Have fun

Features:

-Bladedancer stuff (not the special ability)

-Fixed dropping (not dieing dropping) (not in previous files)

-Gas mask and night vision (not in previous files)

-More stuff that I forgot
