How to Submit a DMCA Notice

Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Your counter-notice must include:
Identification of the material removed or disabled and its original location.
Your contact information (name, address, phone, email).
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for your judicial district (or if outside the U.S., consent to jurisdiction of any district in which DarkBlox may be found).
Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material unless the original claimant files a court action within 10 business days.
DarkBlox.net is a user-generated content platform. We do not actively monitor or pre-screen content uploaded or linked by users. All users are solely responsible for the content they post.
We fully cooperate with copyright holders and will promptly remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing material in compliance with the DMCA.
