Welcome to DarkBlox.NET — a platform built by and for creators in the Roblox development space. By registering, using, or purchasing on this site, you agree to follow the terms and rules outlined below. These rules are here to protect users, staff, creators, and the platform itself.

© darkblox.net is a fully legal platform where users can share resources they have created themselves. We do not host any game files on our servers.
We do not encourage piracy. These links are intended for backup purposes only. Do not download the files if you do not own the original media.

§1 - Content Posting Guidelines

All users are expected to follow these rules when uploading or posting content on DarkBlox.NET. Failure to follow these rules may result in content deletion, warnings, account suspension, or permanent bans.

1.1 — Allowed Content

• Only upload content related to Roblox Studio and Roblox development.

• Acceptable uploads include tools, plugins, scripts, models, assets, templates, and tutorials.

• Do not post random media, non-Roblox content, or unrelated software.

1.2 — No Malicious or Harmful Files

• No viruses, malware, keyloggers, or malicious executables allowed.

• Files must be safe, clean, and free of any harmful or hidden code.

• Uploading malicious content results in instant and permanent bans.

1.3 — No Doxxing or Personal Info

• Do not share private info (real names, IPs, emails, locations, etc.) of others.

• Any form of doxxing will result in immediate deletion and permanent bans.

1.4 — Formatting and Descriptions

• Use proper titles and clear, detailed descriptions.

• Include usage instructions, Roblox version compatibility, and any required dependencies.

• Unclear or spammy uploads will be removed.

1.5 — No Reuploads or Duplicates

• Do not reupload the same file or asset repeatedly.

• Use the update feature for file improvements or changes.

• Duplicate uploads will be removed.

1.6 — Copyright and Ownership

• Do not upload stolen or pirated content.

• Content will be removed if valid proof of original ownership is provided.

• Repeated violations will result in bans and blacklist status.

1.7 — No Advertising or External Links

• No ads, shortened links, or third-party services in file descriptions.

• No Linkvertise, Boosty, Discord invites, or monetized redirects.

• First offense = warning; repeat = ban.

1.8 — No NSFW or Inappropriate Content

• All content must be appropriate for all users.

• No sexual, violent, or otherwise disturbing content allowed.

1.9 — Supported File Types Only

• Only upload files related to Roblox development (e.g. .rbxm, .lua, .txt, .png).

• Do not upload .exe, .dll, installers, or anything outside the Roblox ecosystem.

1.10 — Enforcement

• Staff may moderate content at their discretion.

• You may be punished without prior warning based on severity.

• There is no guaranteed appeal process.

§2 - Customer Terms of Service

These terms apply to all purchases, digital products, and transactions made through DarkBlox.NET.

2.1 — Digital Goods Only

• All items sold are digital, unless clearly stated otherwise.

• No physical items will be shipped.

2.2 — No Refunds

• All purchases are final.

• No refunds for bans, account issues, technical incompatibility, or personal decisions.

2.3 — Chargebacks and Disputes

• Filing a chargeback = instant, permanent ban.

• You’ll owe 2x the original purchase, plus:

  • Legal fees

  • Banking costs

  • Recovery or collection service fees

2.4 — Service Revocation

• Purchased access can be revoked if:

  • You break the rules

  • You misuse or abuse the item

• No notice is required before revocation.

2.5 — No Refunds for Banned or Deleted Accounts

• Leaving, deleting your account, or being banned does not entitle you to refunds or transfers.

2.6 — Payment Agreement

• By paying, you legally agree to these terms.

• Violating them may lead to account removal and legal pursuit.

§3 - Account Terms

These rules apply to user accounts, usernames, profile content, and general behavior.

3.1 — One Account Per Person

• One account per user — no alts, clones, or duplicates.

• Violations may result in account merging or bans.

3.2 — Username Standards

• Usernames must be clean, appropriate, and non-deceptive.

• No hate speech, NSFW content, or impersonation allowed.

3.3 — No Staff Impersonation

• Pretending to be a staff member will get you permanently banned.

• This includes fake badges, titles, and staff-like behavior.

3.4 — Profile Content Rules

• No NSFW, violent, or graphic images in:

  • Avatars

  • Banners

  • Signatures

3.5 — Staff Authority

• Staff have the right to:

  • Moderate without warning

  • Punish at their discretion

  • Override user complaints when needed

3.6 — Account Termination

• Admins may terminate or suspend any account at any time.

• Account deletions require valid, submitted justification.

§4 - General Terms

These terms apply to all users, whether registered or guests, across the entire platform.

4.1 — IP Address Logging

• Your IP is logged for:

  • Security

  • Anti-fraud

  • Analytics

• Your data is safe unless required by legal order.

4.2 — Right to Deny Service

• We may block downloads, purchases, or access to users at any time.

4.3 — File and User Reporting

• Use the ticket system to report broken files or user violations.

• Do not make public accusations or drama.

4.4 — File Management and Moderation

• Staff can edit, hide, or delete uploads as needed.

• All moderation decisions are final.

4.5 — Premium-Only Access Violations

• Attempting to access premium files without paying = ban.

• Includes bypassing systems, sharing downloads, or tricking others.

§5 - Miscellaneous

Additional rules covering communication, sharing, and platform integrity.

5.1 — No Unauthorized File Sharing

• Do not reupload or redistribute DarkBlox-hosted files outside the platform.

• Breaking this rule = ban.

5.2 — No Unsolicited Support Requests

• Do not DM staff for help unless asked.

• Use the support ticket system for all issues.

5.3 — User Security Protection

• No scripts with:

  • Data grabbing

  • Remote logging

  • Obfuscated malware

• These are treated as severe violations.

5.4 — Administrative Inquiries

• Only use the support system for:

  • Ban appeals

  • File takedowns

  • Ownership claims

5.5 — DMCA & Legal Requests

• Send all DMCA notices through the support system.

• DMCA messages to Discord or payment platforms will be ignored.

5.6 — Rule Updates

• Rules may change at any time.

• It’s your responsibility to stay informed.

5.7 — Platform Integrity First

• We protect the community first.

• If your actions harm the site or users, you’ll be removed.
