• Post Requirement for Requests: Non-premium members must have at least one approved post to make any requests.

• Bumping Topics: Members may bump their topics twice a day, except for those using member shop perks. Topics older than four weeks should not be bumped, except for support topics. Creating duplicate topics after a staff member locks one is prohibited.

• Avoid Generic Replies: Responses like "thanks" or "good" are considered spam and will be treated as such by staff.

• Code Sharing Guidelines: When sharing lengthy code, use spoiler tags to enclose the code and its tags, preventing excessive scrolling for users.

• No Duplicate Messages: Copying and pasting the same message across multiple topics or creating spam topics to inflate post counts is strictly prohibited.

Monitoring User Content

• DarkBlox reserves the right, though not the obligation, to continuously monitor all User Content on the Platform to ensure compliance with this Agreement and any guidelines we may establish. Additionally, DarkBlox may, at its sole discretion, remove any User Content. For instance, we may choose to delete User Content if we believe it could be detrimental to us or our business interests. Furthermore, we are not required to keep or provide copies of any User Content following the termination of this Agreement.

Downloads

• Users are generally responsible for the content they download from a platform, which includes ensuring that files and software are safe and compliant with legal standards. Liability for any issues arising from downloaded content, such as copyright infringement or malware, often falls on the user, depending on the platform's terms of service and applicable laws.

Platform Availability

• While we strive to ensure that the Platform is consistently available, we cannot guarantee its uninterrupted accessibility or functionality at all times. DarkBlox is not obligated to provide services to all users and reserves the right to suspend access to the Platform at our discretion. Only eligible users are permitted to use our Platform, and we may deny service or revoke access at any time. • If your account is deactivated or you incur any violation of our Platform or services, you will lose access to any account enhancements or premium features without the option to receive a refund or compensation.

• Support Inquiries via Public Channels: Our support team will not respond to support inquiries through private messages. Instead, they will ask you to create a topic. However, this rule does not apply to services like software installation or creating custom styles.

All images must adhere to our community guidelines. Avoid using excessively colorful text, flashy graphics, or distracting images, as these can be bothersome to other users. Additionally, refrain from using too many special characters and emoticons, and do not increase the text size to make your signature more noticeable; the standard text size is adequate. We encourage a uniform appearance in signatures to keep the forum tidy and less distracting, and we recommend that image dimensions remain at 200px or smaller.

Content Ownership and Usage
