Spencer completely lost it and accused me of asseting and lying. Spencer, are you saying that I’m lying? 1. You claimed that X/Y sold the items and that you own the rights to them. When I asked you for proof, there was NOTHING. NOTHING. Are you trying to fool me? I simply asked you to provide evidence supporting your claim. Just naming X/Y is not proof, and they probably aren’t even your contractual partners.CONCLUSION: Spencer is not providing any proof whatsoever—not even DMs, complete chat logs, contracts, or any other documentation. Just because two people claim that they did or sold something does not automatically mean that a legally binding agreement exists. You can make the claim, but a mere statement alone does not automatically make an agreement legally binding. 2. Since you are not providing any DMs, complete chat logs, contracts, or specific dates, there is no verifiable evidence for your claim from what you have shown so far. If you actually have such agreements, why aren’t you showing any evidence of them?CONCLUSION: At the same time, you are telling other people to take things down because they supposedly don’t have the necessary licenses, while you yourself claim to own the rights but provide no verifiable evidence to support that claim. If you expect other people to prove that they have the necessary rights, you should be willing to apply the same standard to your own claims. Wow. 3. I’m not talking nonsense here. We can look at examples from the past few years, or we can simply look at what has happened this month, in September. The Kessel Map was asseted together with the TFO ZIP — and you sell this map, or have sold it. The same applies to Naboo, which you no longer talk about or apparently no longer respond to. Then there’s Alderaan, which was also included in the TFO ZIP and had already been asseted before. On top of that, there’s the Halo map and the SFC Base, which were also included in the TFO ZIP. All of these things were released on DarkBlox this month — and these are exactly the kinds of assets that are connected to the things you sell or have sold. And at the same time, you claim that you’ve had these things for years and that everything is legitimate, only to suddenly start selling them. Do you even hear yourself? So it really shouldn’t be surprising that people start asking questions and making these accusations. If these exact files end up in my possession after they were previously included in the TFO ZIP and subsequently released on DarkBlox, then the obvious question is: Where else would I have gotten these files from? And no, I didn’t simply steal them from some random other group. I have received things from other groups as well. For example, the Starkiller Base Full Script from you or certain CWP systems. Interestingly enough, there are other things included there too — and I don’t release those. I specifically release things that you are currently selling or have sold, rather than things that you apparently don’t sell — such as Frontlines, for example. I have material from that as well, but I don’t release it. Yes, I asset things. People can think that’s shitty, and they can criticize me or punish me for it. I have no problem with that. But then what happens on the other side should also be questioned. You charge fairly high prices for some of these things and justify those prices by claiming that you are doing commissioned work or other projects that are supposedly valued at around $150 USD. At the same time, I don’t see corresponding evidence of that at LA (Lair Alliance), for example. From my perspective, other people regularly show what they are working on — through art showcases or other public examples of their work. From my perspective, you don’t. CONCLUSION: Yes, I release things that I probably shouldn’t release. People can criticize me for that and, if necessary, punish me for it. But if you are simultaneously selling content and those exact files subsequently get asseted or publicly released, then your own actions should also be questioned. For me, this has gone beyond just money. From my perspective, it also seems to be about control and power over these assets and over who is allowed to have access to them. I’m quoting Spencer here. The original text is below: 4. I’m not going to name the two people. I will, however, contact them. I don’t know how long that will take, but what I can tell you right now is that you are selling one map from one group and almost everything from another group.I’m not naming these people because I want to protect them. I’m concerned that otherwise you might try to pressure them or silence them over time. Over time, there have also been examples suggesting that you have sold or attempted to sell things from other groups as well — for example, the Kaller Map or the Feluica Map from “MY GUY.” I will not mention that person’s name. As far as I currently understand it, four groups were involved in total, and two of those things have since been removed, which, as I said, I appreciate. CONCLUSION: I will speak to these people in detail and clarify the situation with them. But Spencer, I have already shown you examples that support what I’m saying and show that I’m not simply making this up — for example, the Kaller Map and the Feluica Map. The creator of the latter, “MY GUY,” mentioned it himself directly. Respect to him for that. I’m quoting Spencer here. You can see the full chat below: 5.1. This whole argument that it is unacceptable to take something away from other people — or steal their work — in order to make your own sales has been contradicted by the examples I have already mentioned. So please don’t act as if this doesn’t apply to you.Even if you claim that it wasn’t intentional, the fact remains that these things ended up in your possession and were sold by you. And you and your copyright team deal with these kinds of matters — so you should also be held to the same standards that you expect from everyone else. 5.2. Spencer, I know how much work goes into maps, systems, textures, and projects like this in general. I’m not clueless about that. Anyone who has worked in Roblox Studio should know how much time and effort can go into creating these things.I can understand being pissed off, frustrated, and angry when your own work gets asseted. Maybe you do respect developers — but from my perspective, that respect seems to be limited mainly to your own cult. You claim that I’m immoral for bringing these things up? From my perspective, these are no longer just baseless accusations. I’m pointing to specific examples and things that have actually happened. And I’ll be honest: I’m a hypocrite myself. I sometimes preach about improving things while simultaneously making them worse. I can admit that. But you act as if you’re the only person who puts their entire life into this work. Other people put just as much time and effort into their projects without then selling everything they create for money. CONCLUSION: Spencer acts as if everything is solely his work or the work of his developers, while ignoring the work of others. At the same time, he portrays me as if I’m the worst person in the world because I asset things. I’m quoting Spencer here: 6. I’m quoting Spencer again here: Spencer, I can understand that you’re frustrated about developers’ work being asseted. But then you should also distinguish between the different things we are actually talking about here. You claim that I got the files I have from people who bought your products and then asseted them. For the Walker System, I’ll actually agree with you. But for the rest, that simply isn’t the case from my perspective. A large portion of the files I have have been asseted for years. Some of them have been around for more than five years. So where else would I have gotten these things? From other groups? Yes, in some cases. I have material from CWP, Frontlines, TFO Game, and many other games and groups. But this is exactly the point: I don’t automatically release everything I have. Have I asseted CWP? Have I asseted things from Frontlines? Have I simply taken another group’s work and released everything I had from them? No. And even with your own work, I haven’t simply released everything I’ve gotten from you. For example, I have maps from you that you don’t even sell yourself. I still haven’t released them. That should already show that my goal isn’t simply to release as much of other people’s work as possible. I respect people who create their own things. And I genuinely mean everyone. Even if someone uses AI or the Roblox Toolbox — if they take those tools and create something of their own and the result looks good, I can still respect the work and the idea behind it. People have ideas and turn those ideas into something real. That’s exactly what I find interesting. CWP, for example, is incredibly interesting to me — not just because of what they have created, but also because of the way everything is structured and implemented. In general, I’m interested in seeing how other people develop their projects. And yes, I’m not a good person and I do plenty of shitty things myself. I can also admit that I sometimes preach about improving things while simultaneously making them worse. But that doesn’t mean I have no appreciation for other people’s work. I even respect projects that I personally don’t like. Warhammer 40K, for example, really isn’t my thing. But I can still respect the work behind it — the textures, the design, the models, and the amount of effort involved. That kind of thing doesn’t just create itself. To me, that is art. Anyone who creates something of their own and puts time and effort into it deserves at least some respect for that work. CONCLUSION: Spencer makes it sound as though I deliberately want to destroy other developers’ work and as though I generally get my files from people who bought his products. That may apply to some of the files I have, but it certainly doesn’t apply to everything. I have material from many different sources and groups, some of it dating back years — and I still don’t simply release everything I have. If my only goal were to release as much of other people’s work as possible, I would have already released far more material. The fact that I don’t release certain things even though I have them shows that I do, in fact, distinguish between different types of material. 7. You claim that I take or steal things from other groups. But that is not what this list is about at all.I am listing things that, to my knowledge, were initially available for free and were later sold by you. That is the point I am trying to make with this list. Some of your devs or similar developers did not even create these maps themselves. And that is exactly why I ask myself: Where do you think I got the majority of these things from? Yes, one of your devs made Naboo. One of your devs also made the Halo Maps, as well as Athiss and other things. I am not listing these examples for no reason. And there are even more things I didn't include because I am not certain enough about them. I cannot simply claim that something was released for free at some point if I don't know that for sure. Likewise, I cannot claim that you didn't potentially buy something somewhere else. That is why I am deliberately mainly mentioning things that I am 100% certain about. The same applies to the Morphs: you yourself claim that you made these morphs together with Person X/Y. So please tell me exactly which morphs you are referring to. As for the Kashyyyk Map I mentioned, the situation is much clearer to me: it was released for free on an old Star Wars Gerne server. The same applies to the two Ryloth Maps. The Kashyyyk Map and one of the old Ryloth Maps were used by a separate group several years ago, which no longer exists today. I even have to say that I used to enjoy playing on that server. Alderaan and the Reactor Core were also released for free on the Greenlit Server. As far as I know, the Greenlit developers at the time made their work available for free. I am even going to rework these things and then make them available to everyone for free. With some other things, I don't remember the exact details anymore. I do know that they were released for free at some point. For some of them, I suspect they also came from the Greenlit Server. But I am not going to pretend that I can prove that 100%. That is exactly why I distinguish between the things I am certain about and the things I am not completely sure about. CONCLUSION: Spencer claims that I take or steal things from other groups. But that is not what this list is about at all. I am showing examples of things that, to my knowledge, were initially available for free and were later sold by Spencer. Whether the original developers created these things or not is not even the main point here. The point is that if something was previously released for free and was later sold for money, then I consider it completely relevant to bring that up. And that is exactly why I am listing these things. And when you look at all of these examples, it also becomes very clear to me that this is no longer just about the work or the developers, but also about making money from these things. To me, that really shows how money-hungry you are. I’m quoting Spencer again here. You can see the full chat below: 8. Assets uploaded to DarkBlox are not automatically worthless. I never claimed that. What I am saying, however, is that a Kessel Map, for example, that has been asseted, that you sell for 20 USD, that was available for free elsewhere, and that is also from 2021, should, in my opinion, not have the same value as a new map that was specifically created and has not already been released for free or asseted. My point is about a price reduction, not about claiming that the asset suddenly becomes worthless. In my opinion, you barely make any distinction between old and new assets. Sometimes it seems like the only difference for you is whether something costs 10 USD or 20 USD. A reasonable pricing policy should, in my opinion, also take into account how old an asset is, whether it has already been released for free, whether it has been asseted, and how much actual work is still behind it. And then you portray me as if I am claiming that it is fundamentally wrong to charge money for asseted assets because they are supposedly worthless. I never said that. I am simply saying that these factors should, in my opinion, affect the price. I am not saying that I am a good person. Of course I am an asshole when I asset things. I can admit that myself. But then you cannot act as if every criticism of your behavior is automatically wrong while you yourself take no responsibility for what happened. You don't even apologize for the things I am specifically accusing you of, where those assets ended up with you and were subsequently sold. CONCLUSION: Spencer presents my statement as if I am claiming that it is fundamentally wrong or bad to sell worthless assets simply because they have been asseted. I never said that. My point is different: An asset that is old, has already been released for free, or has been asseted should, in my opinion, be worth less than a new and exclusive asset. This is about an appropriate price reduction — not about claiming that the asset is worthless. I’m quoting Spencer again. You can see the full chat below: 9. I’m quoting Spencer: It is possible that your Helmet Removal was originally created for your TGR. But once again, you are not showing any proof of that. I’ll give you half a point for that. The same initially applies to the Walker System. And this is where I honestly get really angry: these things were already sold in 2020–2021. You take them and then sell them again. For the new system that you developed or modified, I’ll also give you half a point. But you are still selling the Walker System — just in a modified form. And now for the Macrobinoculars: this system is available for free on the ACS Server. Before that, you had already released it for free on an old Kashyyyk Map with a modified script. So stop acting as if all of this is exclusively your own work. Based on what I currently know, I can show evidence that the Macrobinoculars System did not originate from you, and yet you are still selling it. CONCLUSION: You claim that these things originally came from your TGR, even though you provide no proof for that. At the same time, I even showed you that the Macrobinoculars System is available for free on the ACS Discord server. That is exactly why I question your claim that these systems originally came from you and therefore can be sold by you. 10. Half of the things you sell come from your own projects — and the other half is free stuff from other people? Wow, what an insight. No, just kidding. Take it easy on this point. What do you normally do with things you no longer use? What purpose do they have at that point? Oh right — you sell them for money. That still gives them a purpose. So please don't act as if selling things you no longer use is some kind of special sacrifice. Any other group can do the exact same thing. You sometimes make it sound like you're sacrificing something or doing people some huge favor. But if you sell something you don't need anymore for 20 USD, it's still a sale. You're still making money from it. Imagine I have an old map that I no longer need and haven't used in my project for years. Then I say: “I don't need this map anymore, so you can buy it for 20 USD.” Where exactly is the sacrifice in that? I'm not giving it away for free — I'm still making money from it. If you genuinely don't need these things anymore and they have no further use to you, then why not simply make them free? That is exactly why, to me, it once again comes across as if this is ultimately mainly about money. CONCLUSION: Spencer talks about “sacrificing” things or making them available, while simultaneously selling them. Any group can do that: take things they no longer need themselves and sell them anyway. Maybe I’ll eventually have some old things I no longer need — then, by that logic, I could start selling everything for 20 USD too. That would be pretty funny. I’m quoting Spencer again. You can see the full message below: 11. Now we come to the GCW Pack. I’m quoting Spencer: Spencer claims that he textured every single vehicle in the GCW Land Vehicles Pack himself and that the weapons were made for his groups. Let’s start with the Vehicles. If I understand your statement correctly, you are claiming that you either created every single one of these vehicles yourself or obtained the corresponding meshes yourself and then used them for your pack. However, to my knowledge, this exact Land Vehicles Pack was already included in an STARSIM asset. Where else would I have gotten these files from? If you claim that this material came exclusively from you or your groups, then please explain why these exact files were already included in that asset. I will show the corresponding meshes in the images below so that everyone can see for themselves what I am talking about. When it comes to the Weapons, I want to make a distinction: Most of the weapons come from a BuildByBit shop. A few weapons can additionally be found in an STARSIM asset. I am therefore explicitly not claiming that every single weapon came from that asset. If you actually created each of these Vehicles yourself, or at least textured them yourself, you are welcome to provide corresponding proof or point to the respective developers. But simply claiming that all of this material came from you or your groups is not enough for me. CONCLUSION: Spencer claims that he textured every single Vehicle in the GCW Land Vehicles Pack himself and that the Weapons were made for his groups. However, regarding the Vehicles, I see a clear connection to material that, to my knowledge, was already included in an STARSIM asset. With the Weapons, the situation is different: most of them come from a BuildByBit shop, while a few were also included in the STARSIM asset. That is why I question the blanket claim that all of this material came exclusively from Spencer or his groups. (STARSIM DEVELOPER) (STARSIM Community Director) (STARSIM DEVELOPER) 12. Spencer, just let me continue. What exactly is so wrong with that? I am not going to lower myself to your level and start selling maps that, to my knowledge, were asseted or originally belonged to other people. And once again, you completely avoid addressing certain points. For example, Venator or Kessel. I also brought up Naboo and Felucia, where I specifically pointed out material from MY GUY. Instead of addressing these individual points, you provide no concrete counter-evidence. I am showing the evidence that I can find and provide with the resources available to me. If you believe that my claims are wrong, then you can simply disprove them point by point. And by that, I don't mean just saying, “That's not true” or “I made it myself.” I mean actual, concrete evidence. Because I am not saying that every single asset, every map, or every detail was stolen by you or taken from somewhere else. I am talking about the specific things I am pointing out here. If my claims are supposedly false, then you should be able to disprove those specific points. And that brings me to my actual question: Where is this information publicly available? If you claim that these maps, assets, or other content were originally created by you or your developers, then there should be publicly verifiable information about that somewhere. I am not asking for private files or internal conversations. I mean information that is publicly accessible and that I can find and verify myself using Google, a search engine, or even an AI. So please don't just make claims again. Show me where this information is publicly documented. If there are public sources for it, I can look at them myself. Because that's exactly the difference: I am showing the evidence I can find, and you can counter that evidence with concrete, publicly verifiable information. If my claims are wrong, then it should be possible to actually prove that. As for the Star Wars Genre Server: In my opinion, this server is just complete garbage. No events, no giveaways, even though there is literally a channel for them. The only thing you could possibly call an event is these polls for the best group, etc. — but even those just seem like pointless nonsense to me. Sorry if I put it that way, but that's honestly how I see it. There are no events or real activities for other groups. The server doesn't feel like a proper Star Wars Roblox community to me. Instead, it feels more like a tool of power — a tool you use to exercise influence and put people on a blacklist simply because you don't like them. Honestly: Stop doing that. You basically do nothing there besides polls and similar things. No events, no giveaways, nothing that actually contributes to the community. It's a tool — and that's exactly how it comes across. I even gave you an idea for how this could actually be turned into a proper community. And honestly, your behavior comes across to me as power-hungry and money-hungry. On top of that, from my perspective, there have repeatedly been statements that I consider racist and that you use to intimidate other people. If you don't want to run this server as an open and fair Star Wars Roblox community, then in my opinion you should appoint someone who is more neutral and actually puts the community first.Free -

If you don't want to run this server as an open and fair Star Wars Roblox community, then in my opinion you should appoint someone who is more neutral and actually puts the community first. Maps Halo Reach Battlegrounds Map — Spencer Part 3: HYPOCRITE
Halo Reach Battlegrounds Map — Spencer Part 3: HYPOCRITE SPENCER, honestly: to me, you are one of the biggest hypocrites I have ever seen. I have actually been respectful toward you at times. Other people have even told me that I was being way too nice to you. But at some point, enough is enough. You complain about people from Darkblox making money from asseted content, while at the same time there are items being sold through you where, from what I have personally seen, there are serious questions about content that was previously available for free. And I want to make one thing absolutely clear right from the beginning: The items I am listing below were 100% available for free, based on my own direct experience. I personally had the files myself, or I personally saw the files being distributed and available for free. I am not basing this entire list on rumors, hearsay, or “someone told me this was asseted.” I personally had some of these files, and I personally saw the others being available for free. That is exactly why I am questioning how these same assets later ended up being sold. And then come the excuses like, “I got it from Omnitech” or “They were selling it first.” Honestly? That does not answer the actual question. If you are going to position yourself so strongly against assets and against people making money from asseted content, then that same standard should apply to you as well. I started comparing the things I personally saw and had access to with the things being sold, and the list has become ridiculously long. MAPS: CUSTOM Old Republic Siege of Alderaan CUSTOM Imperial Starfighter Corps Base CUSTOM Sith Temple on Athiss CUSTOM Mining Facility on Kessel CUSTOM Sith Temple on Yavin CUSTOM Sith Capital of Dromund Kaas CUSTOM Nevarro CUSTOM Jedi Temple on Alderaan CUSTOM Imperial Base on Mandalore CUSTOM Wreckage of Kashyyyk CUSTOM Battlefront Ryloth CUSTOM Lessu City, Ryloth Border Roleplay Republic Venator w/ Space Training CUSTOM Naboo Reactor Core CUSTOM Republic Invasion of Yerbana CUSTOM Batuu CUSTOM Coruscant Border Map CUSTOM Onderon City Star Wars Rhen Var Republic Siege of Umbara MORPHS: COMPLETED First Order + Resistance Morph Pack – 100+ Morphs CUSTOM Complete Separatist Droids + Heroes Pack CUSTOM Live Action Clone Troopers – 189 Morphs CUSTOM Imperial Stormtrooper Morphs – 150 Morphs CUSTOM Phase One Clone Wars Morphs – 140 Morphs CUSTOM Clone Wars Phase Two – 143 Morphs CUSTOM Clone Wars Phase One – 226 Morphs CUSTOM Clone Wars Morphs – 248 Morphs SYSTEMS: ArchiveTech All Terrain Walkers – [BETA] AT-TE + AT-RT Vehicle System, including LAAT/i, LAAT/c, AT-TE, AT-OT, AT-AP and AT-RT. THE OTHER ITEMS WERE SOLD IN 2020. CUSTOM STAR WARS ACS MILSIM Blaster System & NPCs – 23 NPC variants ArchiveTech Helmet Removal Powered Door System ArchiveTech Macrobinoculars & Orbital Bombardment HALO ETC.: Halo Reach Battlegrounds Map – according to the files I personally saw, this was included in the TFO ZIP CUSTOM Halo Reach Map NEON HAVEN – SCI-FI MEGACITY MAP And especially Neon Haven: I genuinely do not understand the pricing. If the same map was available elsewhere for under $12 and is then being sold for $35, I think it is completely fair to ask how that price was justified. And that is exactly my point: You criticize other people for making money from asseted content, while your own products raise very similar questions in my eyes. ASSETS ETC.: CUSTOM Galactic Civil War Land Vehicles Clone Wars Weapons Pack – 32 Weapons Clone Wars Lightsabers & Melee – 22 Hilts & Weapons Clone Wars Republic Weapons Pack – 18 Weapons Clone Wars Hostile Weapons Pack – 14 Weapons STAR WARS Advanced Lightsaber Hilts – 85 Lightsabers And again, I am not pulling these names out of thin air. The reason these specific items are on this list is because I personally had the files or personally saw them being available for free. So when I say these particular maps, morphs, systems and assets were free, I am not saying, “Someone on Discord told me.” I am saying: I SAW THEM. I HAD THE FILES. I KNOW THEY WERE AVAILABLE FOR FREE. That is why this is such a massive issue for me. I am not claiming that personally having or seeing a free copy automatically proves who originally asseted it or who is responsible for selling it later. Those are separate questions. But the fact remains that the specific content I listed was available for free, based on my own direct experience. So if you disagree with that, then don't just tell me to “ask Person X or Person Y.” Show the actual evidence. Show where these specific versions originally came from. Show when they were created. Show who originally owned them. Show why the exact same content that I personally saw available for free is now being sold. Because “ask Person X or Y” is not proof to me. And then there is the entire Star Wars Roblox community. Honestly, from the outside, parts of this community are starting to look like a cult to me. Yes, I know that is a harsh statement. But when the same people constantly defend the same individuals, criticism gets shut down, people constantly cover for each other, and hardly anyone seems willing to question anything uncomfortable, I genuinely have to ask what the hell is going on. I am not saying that every single person in the community is automatically a hypocrite. But the behavior I have seen sometimes reminds me of an extremely closed-off group where criticism is unwelcome and certain people are defended no matter what. And THAT is what pisses me off so much. What also drives me insane is that after my previous post, the response is basically just: “I’m taking care of SWG.” Wow. That's it? After all the points I raised, that is the response? I have made mistakes myself, and I am willing to admit them and improve. I have literally tried to become a better person and take responsibility for my own mistakes. That is exactly why I expect other people to take responsibility for theirs as well. What I will not accept is being held to one standard while everyone else is expected to follow another. You demand transparency and consistency from other people. Then I expect the exact same transparency and consistency from you. If you genuinely believe that everything I am saying is wrong, then prove it. Not with insults. Not with “ask Person X.” Not with people who are already part of your circle. Show the evidence. Go through the list. Address the individual items. Explain where they came from. Explain why content that I personally had or personally saw being distributed for free ended up being sold. That is all I am asking for. And no, I am not going to shut up simply because you have people around you who support you or confirm your version of events. For me, this is no longer just about one map or one price. It is about the double standard I see. You criticize people for profiting from asseted content, while there are products connected to you that raise the exact same questions. You cannot demand transparency from everyone else and then refuse to provide it yourself. If my claims are wrong, then prove it point by point. If you have legitimate explanations for these files, then show them. But don't expect me to simply believe someone because they are part of your community. I am fucking angry because I feel like the same standards are not being applied to everyone. And I am especially angry because I KNOW what I personally saw and what files I personally had. You can insult me. You can ignore me. You can call me whatever you want. You can try to dismiss the entire issue. But none of that changes what I personally saw. So Spencer: If I am wrong, prove it. Point by point. With evidence. By the way, I got 70% of your files from your shitty shop—since everything there was asseted or resold—and I’ve even got more stuff that you don’t sell. StarWars ATHISS— SPENCER | PART 2
ATHISS— SPENCER | PART 2 Guys, you know Spencer has responded now, and honestly, he gave one of the most ridiculous responses I’ve seen. I’m going to break down exactly what is so ridiculous about it. He sent me a long message, and I’m going to go through it piece by piece. First of all: everything that was released — including things that had already been publicly released — was sold by you. For example, the last few maps you sold were already released, and then suddenly you started selling them. That’s pretty suspicious, isn’t it? Naboo was released, then you sold it. The SFC map was released, then you sold it. The Kessel map was released, then you sold it. The Athiss map was released, then you sold it. Alderaan was released, then you sold it. Hello? Isn’t that already a pretty strange coincidence, if nothing else? Now, Spencer said the following about the Venator — and I’m quoting him directly: I looked into this myself, and based on what I found, that statement does not add up. First, I checked who actually created this Venator. The person who created the Venator is not even in the group Spencer mentioned. On top of that, according to the information I found, this Venator was only created in 2023. Spencer, stop making claims that don’t line up with the evidence. In Part 1, we already established that you were selling content that had previously been released. Now we have information that, at least from what I could verify, suggests that this Venator did not come from the group you mentioned and that the timeline you gave does not match the creation date. I also checked both Venators that I released. The other Venator was only created in 2021, and it was also created by a different user. I’m censoring their usernames here because Spencer has a habit of throwing people’s names around in an attempt to find someone who will confirm his version of events. I don’t want to drag those people into this. Also, it’s news to me that Spencer considers his Venator a “map.” From what I can tell, it would be more accurate to describe it as an asset. So once again, there are multiple things here that simply don’t line up with what Spencer is claiming. Now that we’ve established that Spencer’s claim about having the rights to these Venators since 2020 doesn’t add up, let’s move on to the second point: Kessel. Spencer says — and I’m quoting him again: I couldn’t find any evidence that this XY actually created the map or that the map originated from them. It seems like another name being mentioned without anything substantial to back up the claim. So at this point, we know that Spencer likes to name people who are supposedly connected to or able to back up his claims. From my perspective, I find that pretty ridiculous. He supposedly bought this map from someone years ago, and now that the map has been released, he is selling it. Sounds like a great business idea, right? You’re a hero. To be fair, though, I cannot definitively prove every part of this claim, so I’m not going to pretend that I can. What I can say is that, based on what I checked, XY did not create this map. I looked at the meshes and compared the assets, and they do not appear to originate from that person. So once again, the name being mentioned does not automatically prove ownership or prove that the map actually came from that person. This is about the SFC map, which was released and then sold by Spencer. I quote: Here, however, I cannot properly prove everything I’m saying, so I want to make that clear from the beginning. I can only partially challenge your statement. Spencer, you constantly mention other people’s names when trying to justify where your maps came from, but suddenly you don’t mention anyone here. To my knowledge, you did not actually purchase the resale rights in the way you claim. However, I want to ask everyone not to focus too heavily on this specific point, because I cannot disprove it properly — at least not yet. The map consists of assets from multiple different people, which makes the situation more complicated. But this actually made me think of something else: Don’t you tell other people or even other studios that they are not allowed to sell certain things because the meshes belong to you? If that is the case, then isn’t this a form of double standard? You are selling meshes from other people as part of a map, even though you apparently do not have the rights to those meshes yourself. So we now have three points here. One of them has already been completely disproven. Spencer also mentions several other maps where he supposedly has the rights from person X/Y. To avoid making this even longer, I checked what I could verify by looking at the meshes, checking who created them, whether those creators are on the relevant Discord server, and looking at the other assets used in the maps. 1. Rhen VarSpencer claims that he got Rhen Var from person X/Y. I cannot confirm or disprove that claim. However, I can confirm that, based on what I found, Spencer most likely does have the rights to the assets used there. For that, I apologize, and I also want to thank Makomami’s Republic for making their asset pack open source for the STAR WARS Genre community. I acknowledge that I made a mistake here, and I’m sorry for making a claim that I could not properly substantiate. As I said before, I make mistakes too. 2. The Coruscant MapHonestly, there are far too many different Coruscant maps, and everyone seems to have different rights to different versions. There are so many variations that I cannot determine with certainty who actually owns which version. Because of that, this point is difficult to establish. What I can say is that, in my opinion, this Coruscant map is not worth the price being asked for it. Personally, I would recommend a maximum price of around $12 USD, if anything, because this map is extremely old. And once again, Spencer mentions person X/Y as the supposed source of the map. From my perspective, I would not consider this person particularly trustworthy, especially because you appear to be friends with them. I could just as easily name 20 people and claim that all of them created this map. That alone wouldn’t prove anything. As far as I know, this map doesn’t even contain any particularly new meshes. It is extremely old. So having this map listed for $70 USD for years, or $30 USD with the discount, raises another question for me: Is that really a fair price for everyone? Then you made this statement: So where exactly am I completely wrong? Because from my perspective, you are making yourself look ridiculous here. Unless you can provide an actual legal license, I’m going to say that you do not have the legal rights you are claiming to have. If you can provide a legitimate license proving those rights, then I will take that into consideration and stop making that particular claim. But a lot of what you are saying simply does not make sense to me. You mention other people’s names even when they apparently have nothing to do with the map. Then, suddenly, you don’t mention anyone when it comes to the SFC map. You claim that you purchased rights in 2020, even though the Venator asset you are selling for $20 USD appears to have been created in 2021, while the other Venator was created in 2023. The people who created those assets, as far as I know, do not appear to have any connection with you, despite your claim that the Venator came from DarkAmarok’s group. You keep saying that you have the rights, but you are not actually showing what rights you have. And by “rights,” I mean actual legal rights — for example, a legitimate license that allows you to sell Star Wars-related content, even if it is fan-made. If you cannot provide anything demonstrating that you actually have those legal rights, then I don’t think simply saying “I own the rights” proves anything. That is the issue I have with your argument. Kaller Map Your statement regarding the Kaller map: This explanation honestly raises even more questions for me. You claim that you have both a quality assurance team and a copyright team, and that you go through every map to make sure it is not stolen. So my first question is: The map contained your assets — did that make you assume that the map itself was legitimate and had not already been released or taken from someone else? And what about Naboo, for example? You removed the Naboo map, but you don't mention that case at all in your explanation. If your copyright team really checks every map before it is sold, how did something like this get through that process in the first place? Then there is the part where you say that you lost more than $100 USD because you bought the map from someone who allegedly scammed you. Of course, I understand that if you want to resell something legitimately, you may need to purchase the appropriate resale rights. That is not what I am criticizing. What I find questionable is that you have a supposed copyright team whose purpose is to prevent exactly these situations, yet you still ended up buying something that you later determined was illegitimate. You have a lot of money and resources. So how is it that you apparently cannot find people who can properly verify these things before you spend $100+ on a map? I personally know around 20 people who could probably tell you very quickly whether something has already been released, whether it is being sold somewhere else, or whether there are questions surrounding its ownership. So what exactly is this copyright team checking? And honestly, I don't think it matters whether someone actually purchased the map or not. It's basically the same as someone selling you a PS5 and you later finding out that it isn't actually an original PS5. The fact that nobody else bought it doesn't suddenly make the product legitimate. The same principle applies here. If your team is supposedly checking every map before it is sold, then that verification should determine whether the map has already been released and whether the seller actually has the rights to sell it. That's why your explanation about Kaller doesn't really answer the issue for me. It raises another question instead: if you already have a copyright team and a quality assurance team, why did this situation happen in the first place? I quote Spencer: You clearly don't want the STAR WARS Genre to change cause if you had you'd see the amount of effort I have and had previously been going through to try and squash asseting & doxxing and until you came around we basically had it completely squashed and done. My pricing on products is also MORE THAN FAIR. My entire motivation to go into selling was because developers were charging $150 USD per morph mesh, I did this originally to give people lower pricing for complete and custom packs. If you're able to link me ANY MAP that's stolen with proof I'm more than happy to take it down. To change the STAR WARS Genre, you need influence and power. I don’t have that, and I don’t want it either. Apparently, you put a lot of effort into preventing releases and doxxing because it AFFECTS YOU. However, I don’t really see where you are trying to improve the genre. Why not start by organizing group events, for example? That could be a good idea where different groups could work together. Even if it might sound a little excessive, you could, for example, organize a tournament where the prize is a free bundle. The winning group could receive the free bundle, and then you could do something similar every month. You could also offer other things, such as sponsorships. In general, I think things should not be sponsored simply because of the money, but because of the gameplay and the games that have an impact on the genre. For example, Age of Rebellion, if that is the correct name, or other groups as well. This is not meant as an attack, but rather as a suggestion. Instead of only fighting against releases or doxxing, I think you should also put more effort into fighting racism and antisemitism. Even if, from my perspective, Israel is committing genocide, that does not give anyone the right to make jokes about it. What kind of owner uses the N-word within the STAR WARS Genre community? Seriously? It may be that your prices are justified FROM YOUR PERSPECTIVE. Of course, I know how expensive things like morphs can be. But selling old things — really old things, such as the Kessel map or the Coruscant map — for $20–30 USD or similar prices is not fair, in my opinion. And again, why not adjust your prices more closely to the market? For example, the Batuu map for $10 USD. These maps simply are not worth that much anymore. Price reductions because of releases and so on — the way these maps are priced is honestly ridiculous. With the morphs, it is somewhat more understandable. Of course, it is expensive if someone wants custom morphs. But, for example, selling a morph pack for $100 USD even though it has already been released multiple times is not fair, in my opinion. If it had never been released, I could understand that price being fair. You are selling things that are old and have already been available or released for years at the same price, even though some of them have been released for more than four years. ATHISS— SPENCER | PART 2

- Version 1.0.0
Guys, you know Spencer has responded now, and honestly, he gave one of the most ridiculous responses I’ve seen. Hello, Spencer got upset because I was allegedly “LARPing with ChatGPT” and for several other reasons. I’m going to ask questions and make claims one by one, okay? Once again, in my opinion, you are scum who pretends to be some kind of hero or savior from scams. Let’s start by breaking down Spencer’s statements from LA — Liar Alliance. So, I’m going to list the things that were released and that you are selling. Of course, I’ll be fair — I’ll only list things that were already released and that you are selling afterward. I also want to make it clear that I’m not a hero, and I’ve done a lot of things in the past that I would describe as “dirty.” However, I acknowledge my mistakes and I don’t do those things anymore. I was called out for what I did, and I faced the consequences for my actions. I also want to point out that this list is not meant to imply that Spencer is the only person selling these maps. I’ve been involved in this community and in this field for several years, and I have personally experienced and seen which assets were released and later sold. LA is not the only one offering these maps. Nevertheless, I want to show you that these maps were already circulating before you started selling them. Of course, you can’t always know whether something was released or not. However, some of these things are clearly released, and you should know which ones those are yourself. This map was asseted within the last 21 days. This map was asseted within the last 21 days. This map, or rather this asset, was asseted around 2–3 years ago and was later added to the Toolbox, so to speak. From my perspective, I was actively involved with the Venator, and I would say I was one of the first people to have this map. The Venator had scripts for several different things, but those scripts did not work. This map has been asseted for around three years. I have this map myself, and honestly, I think it looks really ugly. This map has been asseted multiple times and was, I believe, publicly released within the Star Wars genre. I can’t say with 100% certainty that it was asseted or simply publicly released, because I seem to remember it being available for free on a Star Wars genre server. This map, as well as countless other versions of it, have been asseted for years. As far as I know, this has been common knowledge for around 3–4 years by now. These are only maps that were 100% asseted and that Spencer is selling. It doesn’t matter if you didn’t know about it — I’m only bringing this up to disprove your statement of “show me proof that it was asseted.” Do you seriously think people are constantly taking screenshots or pictures every time something gets asseted? What about protecting yourself? I mean, I wouldn’t take a picture of someone who asseted these things, only to potentially end up being identified as the person who asseted them myself. Again, you have 100% proof right here, as I said, that you are selling a asseted map. Even if, for the sake of argument, only this one map can be confirmed to have been asseted with 100% certainty. These are only the maps. They do not include systems or anything else. As I said, I’m only trying to disprove your statement with this list. These are strictly the maps I know were released. I could also go through everything else, such as systems, and point out what was released, resold, etc., if I have enough information to do so. Spencer, people make mistakes, regardless of how they happen. I make mistakes myself, all the time. But if someone comes to you and says, “I want to sell you this map,” and you then sell it to someone else, you are also responsible for what you sell. It’s like someone selling me fake bananas, for example. If I then resell those bananas and someone tells me, “Hey, those bananas are fake,” am I really not responsible anymore? I still have a responsibility to check whether something is legitimate, released, or otherwise unauthorized before I sell it. All of this is only meant to show what is 100% confirmed to have been released. It does not show what has been resold or what price something was sold for. Spencer, you want to know what my motivation is? Honestly, I’m tired of you selling maps and other assets at ridiculous prices that, in my opinion, are not justified. On top of that, there are released maps, and there are also cases where you are actively selling things that do not belong to you, such as the Felucia map, the Naboo map, or, as probably the clearest example, the CWP map. There are plenty of people who have complained about this. You keep asking for proof that you are selling released content. What about the CWP map, the alleged Kaller map? Does that suddenly not count anymore just because it was released in the past? I genuinely appreciate that you removed those three maps. I mean that seriously. But there are still more maps. As I said, this is my actual motivation. I want the Star Wars genre to change. I have already explained my other points in my previous post about the releases. I’ll even make you a deal: I will stop releasing things completely if you remove the things that are 100% confirmed to have been released, remove things that you are reselling without the original creator’s permission, and reconsider some of your pricing. If something gets released after that, then we can talk about the prices — especially when you are selling things for twice the price they originally cost, or selling things that were previously available for free. Again, ask yourself: why am I doing this? Of course, I’m not going to respond to every single one of your points because there are so many, and honestly, I don’t have the time to go through all of them. If I were more skilled at this kind of thing, I would probably just make a video and upload it to YouTube. I also don’t show private chats from users because I want to protect them. If I told you who said what, there is a possibility that you could potentially silence those people or otherwise put them in a difficult position. That is why I’m not going to expose them.Free -

StarWars STAR WARS ROBLOX COMMUNITY — $150 USD DROP
STAR WARS ROBLOX COMMUNITY — $150 USD DROP You know, I’m not a hero. I’m just a normal guy who once had a group of his own. Everything started when Spencer, who was previously part of my old group, sold a map. The map was sold under a kind of TOS/agreement that limited it to only five buyers. Only five people or groups were supposed to have access to it — no more, no less. One of those groups was mine. That map brought my group a decent amount of success. However, at some point, I found out that Spencer had sold the map again. From that moment on, I became increasingly bitter and frustrated with the Star Wars Roblox community. What bothers me the most is the constant competition over who can make something better, who has the better systems, whose assets look better, or who has the biggest and most successful studio. There is also an insane amount of gatekeeping when it comes to assets. At the same time, more and more things are being sold that were originally made by other groups, taken from other places, or were already released without the original creator’s permission. Personally, I have absolutely no problem with someone selling a map or an asset if they legitimately created it and actually own the rights to it. But if a map comes from another shop, was created by someone else, was released without permission, or the seller simply does not own the rights to it, then I consider it unfair and disrespectful to sell it anyway. What bothers me even more is when people then try to shift the blame onto someone else: “He sold me a released map.” STOP LYING, SPENCER. You know what has been released and what has not. Otherwise, you wouldn’t be trying to figure out who people are or contacting them through Discord. In my opinion, you have no right to complain about people using released assets while simultaneously being involved in similar situations yourself. You threaten people with blacklists and other consequences because they allegedly use or sell your assets. But if you genuinely want to claim ownership over something, then there should be actual evidence that you possess the rights to it. A Discord username or a simple claim does not prove ownership. I personally believe in anonymity. Nobody should be threatening other people in real life or trying to expose someone's identity against their will. Spencer, if you threaten people in real life, then think about how it would feel if your own identity, your address, your appearance, or other private information were suddenly made public. It isn't nice. Nobody wants to be threatened like that. So I sincerely ask you to apologize to the people you have treated this way. I also ask you to remove maps and other assets that you know you do not have the proper rights to use or sell. I have been watching this situation for years. A lot of other studios do nothing because they say, “It’s not our problem.” But at some point, I decided that I didn’t want to keep sitting back and watching it happen. I feel like a kind of “cult” has developed within the Star Wars Roblox scene. I would jokingly call it the “STAR WARS Genre.” But to me, a Star Wars genre should be something completely different. It should be respectful. It should not tolerate racism. It should not be about who has the most money, who has the most power, or who has the biggest name in the community. And it certainly should not be about insulting people because of their race, skin color, or religion. If someone uses the N-word, I consider that racist, regardless of the person's own skin color. The same goes for antisemitic jokes. Of course, you cannot and should not try to control every joke someone makes. But if you present yourself as a respectable person or a role model within the community, then your actions should reflect that. I do not have a personal grudge against Reborn, Shaded Studios, Letus, or other shops and studios. My problem isn't that these people or groups exist. My problem is that I believe many things within this community are simply being ignored. Over the years, I have spoken to a lot of people. I have known or been in contact with more than 70 people who have shared similar experiences or made similar claims. Of course, I don't know everything. I don't have access to all the background information, and I cannot claim that every story I have heard is 100% true. But when dozens of different people tell similar stories, I believe it is at least worth asking questions and looking at the available evidence. For example, I have repeatedly heard that certain assets are resold, sometimes for twice their original price. And when people complain about it, the response often seems to be acting as though this is completely normal or as though the seller's rules are the only rules that matter. I also find the justification of intentionally setting extremely high prices to prevent people from releasing or sharing the assets questionable. Honestly, I don't even know what to say about it anymore. I am not saying that people should simply release or steal things. If someone spends weeks or months working on a project, it is completely understandable that they want recognition and, potentially, financial compensation for their work. But we should also ask ourselves why some people start releasing these things in the first place. I don't believe everyone does it “just for fun.” There may be reasons within the community that we should also be willing to talk about. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion. I am not here to tell anyone what they have to believe. What I want is a Star Wars genre where both fans and developers can benefit. A genre where smaller groups have a chance. A genre where people with less money aren't automatically excluded. A genre where someone who isn't an expert at 3D modeling, programming, animation, or other skills can still have the opportunity to create a good game. Not everyone is talented at 3D modeling. Not everyone knows how to program. Not everyone can create animations or high-quality assets from scratch. Some people use tools that help them, such as Toolbox assets or AI. In my opinion, that doesn't automatically make someone a bad developer. What matters is what they actually create with those tools. That is why I would like to see a community, or perhaps even some kind of independent council, where multiple people can openly and transparently discuss these issues. If someone is blacklisted, there should be clear and understandable reasons for it. If a studio needs support, there should be ways for them to receive help without having to pay huge sponsorship fees. And if someone is developing a game with potential, it shouldn't only be about how much money is behind the project. I want people involved who are neutral, fair, and respectful. Of course, nobody is perfect. Neither am I. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone does things they regret. But everyone should also have the opportunity to admit their mistakes, learn from them, and improve. I am not trying to claim that I have always done everything right either. What I do want is for people to finally start talking about these problems. I cannot give anyone their money back. I cannot undo what has already happened. But I can speak about it. And I want to apologize to the people who may have been affected by these systems, sales, or situations. Not to Spencer. But to the people who paid for these things and may not have known what was actually behind them. I cannot undo what happened to you. I cannot give you your money back. But I can talk about it. And I will continue to do so. So I ask everyone reading this: Inform yourself. Look at the evidence. Compare the different claims and statements. And make your own decision. Share this if you believe this discussion deserves to reach more people. I don't want a war within the community. I want change. I want a Star Wars Roblox community where respect, fairness, and creativity matter more than money, power, and ego. STAR WARS ROBLOX COMMUNITY — $150 USD DROP
- 309 downloads
- Version 1.0.0
You know, I’m not a hero. 🏴☠️ HONDO DROP #27 — TATOOINE — WHAT DO U WANT? 🏴☠️ HELLO, MY FRIENDS! Here is something a little different. From now on, Hondo will do his best to fulfill your wishes! 😏 You can post your requests in the comments below. To participate, you must like this post. 👍 The comment with the most likes will be what Hondo releases next. 💰📦 But remember, my friends — Hondo cannot promise that this will always work. Some treasures are simply harder to get than others. 🏴☠️ Let the games begin! 🎯🔥 And from now on, Hondo will also be posting other things that do not come from Spencer. Since the other studios are simply standing by and watching what Spencer is doing, Hondo sees no reason to limit the treasure to only one source. 😏🏴☠️ More options. More treasures. More business. 💰📦 File Information Submitter Hondo D.Ohnaka Submitted 09/27/26 Category StarWars View File

My friends, enemies, colleagues, partners — or whatever you wish to call yourselves… 🏴☠️💰 Hondo has something to say. Hondo will be posting a little less on DarkBlox from now on, because Hondo has… a new idea. 👀🏴☠️ But before Hondo disappears into the Outer Rim, perhaps some of you are wondering: Why does Hondo even do all of this? Ahhh, my friends… Hondo is a businessman. A smuggler. A trader. A scoundrel — and, according to the Republic, a criminal! 😂 But Hondo has been watching the Star Wars Roblox community for a long time. And Hondo sees something that he does not like. People selling things that were allegedly asseted. People taking work originally created by someone else and then presenting it as their own. People selling assets while acting as though they created them themselves. And then there is the double standard. That is what really bothers Hondo. Some people complain loudly when something is asseted or sold because they are personally affected by it. But when the exact same kind of thing benefits them? Suddenly… Silence. 👀 Hondo asks: “My friend… if it is wrong when someone else does it, why is it suddenly acceptable when you benefit from it?” Hondo remembers an old story from the Outer Rim. Many years ago, Hondo visited a merchant who had a magnificent treasure chest. The merchant proudly announced: “This treasure belongs to me!” Hondo looked at the chest. Then Hondo looked at the markings on it. Then Hondo asked: “And who created it?” The merchant pointed at himself. “Me!” Hondo smiled. “Ohhh, my friend… are you sure?” Hondo checked the markings again. The markings clearly pointed to another craftsman. Hondo looked back at the merchant and said: “You may be carrying the treasure, my friend… but that does not mean you created it.” 😂🏴☠️ And that is exactly the point Hondo wants to make. If an asset can be traced through its Roblox ID to the person who originally created it, then simply possessing it does not magically make you the creator. You cannot just say: “It belongs to me.” …when the original creator was someone else. If you have permission or the appropriate rights, then explain that. But do not simply rewrite history and pretend you created something that somebody else made. Hondo notices these things. 👀🏴☠️ And there is another thing Hondo has heard about. Apparently, there is a Discord server where people can find some interesting material, and supposedly there is more stuff there as well. What exactly is there? Hondo does not know. Hondo is not claiming that the server contains any particular files or assets. Hondo is simply saying that the server exists, and people can decide for themselves what is publicly available there. https://discord.gg/xQdEN2EhZ But remember, my friends: Hondo is not telling anyone to steal anything, redistribute anything, or violate anyone's rights. Hondo is simply asking questions. Because Hondo believes the community should be about more than money and assets. It should be about creating, sharing ideas, giving feedback, helping each other, and having fun. Not: “I only care when it affects me.” Not: “It is wrong when you do it, but acceptable when I do it.” And certainly not: “I created it because I am the one selling it.” Hondo wants consistency. If something is wrong, it should be wrong regardless of who benefits. If something belongs to another creator, that creator deserves to be recognized. And if someone claims they have permission? Then they can explain it. Simple. Hondo is a businessman, not a lawyer. Hondo is a pirate, not a judge. But Hondo knows one thing: A treasure does not change its creator simply because another merchant puts a price tag on it. 🏴☠️💰 So perhaps Hondo will post less. Perhaps Hondo will spend more time working on his next idea. Perhaps Hondo will disappear into the Outer Rim for a while… But do not worry, my friends. Hondo Ohnaka always comes back when there is treasure to be found. 😎🏴☠️💰 Hondo out.Free
