Changes

• Removed A lot of bugs

• Reworked the entire backend to fix all the issues

• Trusting/Untrusting users now is done via menu

• Reworked the discord logging

• Reworked the chat displays for a better experince

• Added a framework option (admins)

• Reworked the config

• Reworked the file structure

• We are now using oxmysql and not mysql-async

Please delete everything within the vehicle-whitelist folder and reupload all the new files. Don't forget to also drop the old database and reupload it with the one in the files.
