We have no obligation to respond to, acknowledge, or take any action regarding any notice, complaint or request. The submission of any notice does not guarantee any response, review, or action whatsoever.
We operate as a passive hosting service and reserve the absolute right to ignore any notice entirely and make no changes to content or accounts. All decisions concerning content removal, account actions, or any other measures are final and at our sole discretion with no right of appeal.
