This shit is full of useless scripts and remote events, i didn't even check them all but im pretty sure its full of backdoors, don't download, tune is bad, and uses AC6 which is lowkey mid a-chassis, fe lights aren't setted correctly and bugs frequently. MY SUGGESTION = ONLY DOWNLOAD IF YOU WANT THE 3D MODEL, OTHERWISE SKIP THIS ASSET.

Have to be honest, this map might have been developed by more than 4/5 developers. Most of the buildings are pretty bad, but there are clearly a few ones that have been made my good builders, like the station, definitely a good station and very realistic, but the houses in general are pretty bad. Good exterior of police station bad interiors and bad lighting overall, the whole map isn't optimises, around 360k parts. Good if you want to start your own dutch game, pick the essentials, modifying this map will be harder than creating your own one.

I bought a few assets from CustomTech years ago, just to be clear, all of their assets are powered by their own engine, if you don't have the actual passcode to the engine and the engine itself installed, nothing will work. Its pretty useless to asset these assets, the props are of course for demonstration and are pretty bad, no pbr texture or anything else

Hey guys, honest rating here The map is overall small, not a very big map where you could actually make a PVP game based in russia, however you could use a few assets, there are mainly imported buildings but as the guy who posted the file said, there are a few built in roblox that are decent. I don't really understand why you would buy this map, its bad overall and probably got catfish pictures of the map. Buildings = 3/5 (2 good buildings and a mid station, others are just imports with a few fake-3d interiors, which aren't that bad. Scripts = No scripts in this map Terrain = 0/5 no terrain in this map

Buildings = 0/5 stars. Exteriors are very bad, interior are just filled up with free models. Scripts and Loading screen = 2/5 stars. Honestly, the time is just useless, even chatgpt knows about .ostime so why waste money on that? Anyways, loading screen is lowkey mid, script aren't very optimised and the UI isn't very good at all. Could b eused if heavily improved Emergency vehicles = 5/5 stars. Good Vehicles, good scripts. Overall id say 3/5 stars is the right rating, the buildings are very bad, scripts and UI meh... vehicles good.
