To add yourself admin, please head to ServerScriptService and find the folder named "Controllers". Scroll down until you see a script called "Admin", etc. Copy your ROBLOX USER ID and paste it in the script.
Also there isn't CMD-R, instead it's HD Admin and the game's admin panel.
